So to put her in a talkative mood, your best bet is to tell her a quick, funny (pre-prepared) story that will get her more relaxed.Next you can just ask her a few questions that you would like to answer yourself such as: “So what have you been up to for the last couple of day?” -When she answers, you can then add in what you have been doing yourself “What’s the craziest thing you’ve done in the last few days?” -Again you can then tell her what you’ve been doing The key point to remember here is that it’s perfectly okay to ask her normal, regular questions so long as you are enthusiastic and actually care about the answer. Between asking her these questions, you should then mention a place or activity that you really enjoy going to or doing and tell her why it’s so great (this will be the date, but don’t invite her just yet). Then change the subject but make sure you haven’t invited her yet. Towards the end of the phonecall, you should invite her to the place that you were talking about. By bringing up how cool the activity/place was and then dropping it, you are showing the girl that you aren’t too worried if she goes with you are not. As you are learning how to talk to a girl on the phone, the first few times you talk to them on the phone you will most likely feel nervous as would anyone, but so will she, it’s just a fact of life. One great trick to get over this is to pretend you are talking to someone just in front of you, so make sure to use hand gestures and use your body language as normal.
